This is how our reviews are made

On 28 May 2022, the Unfair Competition Act (UWG) was amended by the Omnibus Directive. Among other things, new information requirements were introduced to ensure the authenticity of customer reviews. 

From 28 May 2022, businesses that advertise using reviews must state whether they use verification mechanisms to authenticate them. If this is the case, they must, as a second step, explain what these verification mechanisms are. 

In this shop, only verified buyers can now submit reviews. This means that we check whether the product was actually purchased.

Reviews without a customer account or without logging in are not possible. Reviews of verified purchases are marked as ‘Verified Purchase’ in the reviews.

Older reviews in our system are marked as ‘Guest Reviews’ if a purchase cannot be linked to them
